Direct leadership of teams focused on performance and development **Analytical and Technical Profile** * Strong ability to perform **real-time analysis of operational data**, with critical interpretation of service-level indicators (SLA, NS, TMA, volumes, queues, deviations, trends, and Nice System). * Ability to **proactively identify operational anomalies**, risks of service impact, and bottlenecks in monitored operations. * Systemic vision to correlate **KPIs, operational events, and partner behavior**. * Proficiency in **monitoring, observability, and indicator-driven management**, with both preventive and corrective actions. * Intermediate to advanced Office suite proficiency. **Required Professional Experience** * Prior experience as a **Supervisor**, **Senior Control Desk**, **Senior NOC Analyst**, or equivalent role. * Experience in **highly critical operational environments**, with simultaneous oversight of multiple partners. * Proven experience in **operational incident management, escalations, activations, and follow-ups**, adhering to defined workflows and SOPs. * Ability to serve as the liaison between **operations, partners, and internal departments**, ensuring clear, data-driven communication. **People Management and Team Development** * Experience in **direct team leadership**, with focus on performance, engagement, and continuous development. * Ability to **develop the team technically and behaviorally**, fostering analytical growth, critical thinking, and autonomy. * Active involvement in **feedback delivery, priority setting, performance tracking, and course correction**. * Promotion of a culture emphasizing **accountability, process compliance, data-driven decision-making, and proactive operational visibility**. * Ability to build and strengthen a team prepared for **real-time, high-pressure operations**, maintaining quality and consistency.
