Responsibilities include gathering requirements from users, participating in meetings to define database layouts, and creating charts, dashboards, and reports to meet business area needs. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Understand the business model and financial client objectives. • Generate insights from data / KPIs to drive improvements in finance department performance. • Monitor key metrics and KPIs for intelligent contact management on a periodic basis. • Systematize and perform cross-analysis of internal data, translating and transforming data into clear, actionable insights for business areas. • Use BI tools, Excel, and dashboards to systematize metrics and KPIs for monitoring. • Promote a data-driven culture within the company, transforming data into information to guide business decisions and delivering reports and analyses to client business areas. • Build dashboards for data and information visualization. **What qualifications are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Database Management, or related fields. * Experience with visualization tools, with focus on Power BI. * Advantageous: experience with integration tools such as Alteryx, KNIME, or Tableau Prep. * Knowledge of data modeling. * Advanced Excel modeling skills (Macros/VBA). * Advanced English proficiency. **Work location and employment model:** * CLT employment contract, hybrid model (remote work on certain days per week!) * Jundiaí or São Paulo.
