Atlântica Foods Group is seeking a Customer Service Analyst – Export/Import to act as a bridge between Commercial and Logistics, ensuring global negotiations translate into clear and efficient operational processes. **Responsibilities** * Receive information from commercial negotiations and convert it into contracts and operational instructions. * Draft, organize, and manage contracts in the company’s system, ensuring complete and up-to-date data. * Provide service and support to internal and external customers and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery. * Organize and send purchase and sales contract information aligned with negotiated terms. * Register and update customers, suppliers, and products in ERP. * Monitor pre- and post-shipment contract workflows, ensuring compliance and timeliness. * Prepare periodic reports on contract status and support management with reliable information. * Conduct continuous follow-up on pending tasks, ensuring operational fluidity. **What We Seek** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or International Trade (final-year students or recent graduates are welcome). * Prior experience in administrative routines related to international logistics or international trade is a plus. * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills. * Organization, attention to detail, discipline in follow-up, and professional demeanor. * Proactivity, results orientation, and willingness to learn and grow in the field.
