You will collaborate with the global team on Controller’s Office deliverables (Monthly Close, Forecast, Budget, and KPI monitoring), with emphasis on preparing managerial reports. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and clarity of financial information, contributing to decision-making. **Responsibilities:*** Prepare and consolidate detailed financial reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance of the data presented; * Conduct financial fluctuation analyses, FX variance analyses, and period-over-period performance analyses, aligning with business specifics and seasonality to support decision-making; * Closely monitor all P&L line items, identifying variances and relevant insights; * Actively participate in the monthly closing process and in developing the annual Budget and monthly Forecast; * Continuously identify and implement process improvements within the area, promoting integration with other teams for automation and productivity gains; * Analyze and develop financial KPIs; * Structure and execute PDCA processes; * Address requests from Investor Relations, Internal Controls, and internal and external audits; * Facilitate knowledge sharing and application of best practices across teams, and disseminate business rules through assertive communication of CI&T’s guidelines. **Requirements:*** Proven experience handling the entire P&L and fluctuation analyses; * Experience in analysis, planning, and control, covering the full P&L; * Experience in Monthly Close, Forecast, and Budget processes; * Experience in reporting and financial statement preparation; * Experience in monthly accounting close and preparation of detailed financial reports; * Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI preferred); * Experience working in a global context (entities abroad); * Advanced/fluent English for conversation; * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; **You’ll stand out if you:*** Possess negotiation and mobilization skills to drive effective actions; * Are passionate about continuous learning and challenges; * Have prior experience with Lean and Agile methodologies; * Adopt a mindset oriented toward continuous improvement and process efficiency; * Have experience using AI tools. **Our Benefits:*** Health and dental insurance; * Meal and food allowances; * Childcare allowance; * Extended parental leave; * Partnerships with gyms and health & wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Life insurance; * Continuous learning platform (CI&T University); * Discount club; * Free online platform dedicated to promoting physical health, mental well-being, and overall wellness; * Pregnancy and responsible parenting courses; * Partnerships with online course platforms; * Language learning platform; * And many more More details about our benefits here: https://ciandt.com/br/pt-br/carreiras At CI&T, inclusion starts from the first contact.
