




Job Summary: A professional responsible for consolidating financial information, analyzing variances and opportunities, developing dashboards, and supporting various departments to enhance decision-making. Support for areas such as PCP, Commercial, and Operations. Minerva Foods is the leading exporter of beef in South America and also operates in the processed foods segment, marketing its products to over 100 countries. In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods operates in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and owns specialized sheep-processing plants in Australia. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed globally through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Consolidate information for preparation and analysis of the monthly Income Statement (DRE), identifying variances and improvement opportunities; * Biweekly and monthly variance analysis (actual vs. budget / actual vs. forecast); * Preparation of cash flow statements; * Monitoring of industrial costs (fixed, variable, absorption, standard); * Compile and standardize data and KPIs, ensuring information accuracy; * Develop managerial dashboards to facilitate decision-making; * Monitor and explain result variances; * Support departments such as PCP, Commercial, and Operations; * Coordinate with the Tax Department regarding taxation and incentives; * Record invoices (NFs) and orders in the system; * Payback analysis of projects; * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Finance/Controlling is a plus; * Advanced Excel (Power Query, Dashboards, etc.); * Power BI; * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Good communication skills; * Strong interpersonal skills with team members and cross-functional departments; * Adaptability to change; * Commitment to deadlines; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** As the leader in beef exports in South America, Minerva Foods is more than a global company — we are a community of professionals united by the purpose of "creating connections among people, food, and nature."
