Job Summary: Coordinate and manage personnel and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for industrial equipment and facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on technical planning and indicator control **Prerequisites:** \- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in people management and leadership within an industrial maintenance area. \- Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering. \- Knowledge of overhead cranes is desirable. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and manage personnel and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth operational functionality. Lead the maintenance team at the client site, monitor and control performance indicators, plan technical interventions, manage costs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and regulations.
