




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * 5 to 10 years of experience in construction project management and execution; * Knowledge of the Sienge system; * MBA or postgraduate degree in the field is a plus. * Plan, organize, and control project costs; * Plan, organize, and control project timelines; * Lead planning and execution of the construction project at all stages; * Guide work teams; * Analyze resources for the project according to the project budget; * Ensure full compliance with all contracts; * Ensure communication with Caixa Econômica Federal; * Ensure communication with utility providers and public agencies; * Approve material requisitions and service measurements; * Ensure delivery of the completed project/common areas to the client (condominium administrator); * Manage interfaces/partnerships with partners and clients as needed; * Monitor the availability of design documents for construction execution; * Ensure site safety and worker safety, service quality in accordance with company procedures, and environmental compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and procedures. 2512180202551925422
