RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the execution of civil repairs involving masonry and painting; Assist in basic plumbing maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing faucets, valves, traps, simple unclogging); Prepare materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance services; Perform cleaning and organization of areas after service completion; Support masons, painters, plumbers, and other technical staff; Maintain and safeguard used equipment and tools; Comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
