Develop teams and continuously improve processes An established group specializing in high-end events is seeking a **Culinary Operations Manager** with strong operational experience and strategic cost awareness to lead production kitchens and culinary execution for events across the interior of São Paulo State. This role will be responsible for ensuring operational and financial excellence within the culinary area, guaranteeing high quality standards, process standardization, and profitability in deliverables—through direct involvement in cost control, waste reduction, team development, and continuous process improvement. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise operations of production kitchens and culinary execution for events; * Ensure quality standards, presentation, and finalization of dishes; * Implement and monitor continuous improvement processes; * Develop initiatives aimed at cost reduction and resource optimization; * Manage KPIs such as COGS, waste, productivity, and operational efficiency; * Lead, train, and develop operational teams; * Ensure standardization of culinary processes; * Maintain hands-on, operationally engaged involvement—including weekends; * Collaborate closely with event and operations departments. #### **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing kitchens and teams operationally; * Experience in cost control, COGS, and waste reduction; * Experience leading operational teams; * Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile; * Availability to work on weekends; * Hands-on profile, actively involved in daily operations. #### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in medium- and large-scale event catering; * Experience in high-volume production operations.
