Rocester \| JCB seeks an experienced professional with technical vision and a focus on team management, to lead our large-scale workshop and ensure excellence in after-sales service. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Analyze workshop performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, utilization) and propose improvement actions; \- Plan and assign tasks among technicians based on competencies and priorities; \- Monitor service targets, reduce waste, and increase value-added output; \- Provide technical support for complex repairs and high-level engineering decisions; \- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; \- Conduct technical and motivational training for the team; \- Review reports, estimates, and diagnostics, ensuring accuracy and process agility; \- Maintain relationships with the OEM and technical representatives to drive continuous improvement; \- Lead alignment meetings and ensure smooth workshop operations.
