We are looking for a **Commercial and Operations Analyst** to work in the **Digital Entrepreneur (ED) Channel**, aiming to ensure efficiency in commercial and operational routines, accuracy of metrics, and direct support to management, centurions, and EDs. **Responsibilities and duties** ### **Responsibilities** * Collect, analyze, and present performance metrics for the ED Channel (onboarding, revenue, availability, engagement). * Support the centurion team in executing commercial and operational processes. * Prepare periodic performance reports for Supervision and Coordination. * Monitor the direct sales funnel, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements. * Assist in onboarding and ramp-up of new EDs. * Support the creation and updating of materials, manuals, and support content. * Organize trainings and events for the ED Channel. * Consolidate NPS and satisfaction survey results, suggesting improvement actions. * Provide operational support and customer service to franchisees and EDs. * Monitor and execute commercial and engagement campaigns. * Ensure accurate registration and updating of information in **CRM, spreadsheets, and internal systems**. ### **Detailed description** * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ED Channel metrics. * Execute tactical plan actions, ensuring implementation and results. * Consolidate sales funnel data and ED performance metrics. * Support results meetings and training sessions. * Manage operational documents, registrations, and reports. * Monitor goals and propose corrective action plans. * Respond to support requests and demands from EDs and franchisees. * Support official campaigns and communications. * Maintain strategic databases and information organized and up-to-date. **Requirements and qualifications** ### **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Statistics**, or related fields. * Prior experience in **commercial, operational, or data analysis** roles is a strong advantage. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Advanced **Excel/Google Sheets** proficiency and familiarity with **CRM** tools. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Collaborative profile, with proactivity and a results-oriented mindset. **Additional information** iFood Card (Meal allowance and/or flexible food benefit) iFood Mobility Card (transportation or parking) TotalPass / Gympass Intermédica Health Insurance Plan Intermédica Dental Insurance Plan Starbem (telemedicine, psychologist, psychiatrist, nutritionist) Life Insurance SESC Membership Childcare Assistance At **Febracis**, we believe in the power of transformative connections.
