Our commitment extends beyond internet — we strive to provide well-being, convenience, and technological advancement for our customers. **Join Grupo Netway and make your mark, shaping history!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **INVENTORY AND STOCK MONITORING AND CONTROL (ERP):** Tracks stock movements via ERP system, ensuring data accuracy. **STOCK INVENTORY:** Conducts physical counting and reconciliation of stored items, guaranteeing alignment between physical stock and system records. **STOCK CONTROL AND MOVEMENT (ERP):** Manages material receipts, issues, and transfers using the system, ensuring traceability and organization. **5S PROGRAM AUDITS:** Conducts periodic audits to verify compliance with 5S principles, promoting a clean and efficient workplace. **PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF INTER-BRANCH TRANSFERS:** Organizes and implements material shipments between company units, ensuring speed and control. **HANDLING OPERATIONAL INCIDENTS INVOLVING TECHNICAL STAFF AND VEHICLE DRIVERS:** Investigates and resolves operational incidents involving drivers and technical staff. **FLEET MONITORING AND CONTROL:** Monitors vehicle fleet usage and performance to optimize routes, reduce costs, and ensure vehicle availability. **RMA MANAGEMENT:** Controls defective material return processes (RMA), including registration, analysis, and routing per internal procedures. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** ERP operation for inventory control; knowledge of cyclic and annual inventory; basic internal logistics knowledge; basic understanding of the 5S Program; inter-branch transfer control; internal fleet monitoring; incident handling with technical staff; basic RMA (Returned Material Authorization) management; and basic/intermediate Excel skills. Attention to detail and accuracy; organizational and operational discipline; responsibility and reliability; effective communication with technical departments; proactive resolution of simple issues; ability to follow procedures and regulations; teamwork and collaboration; adaptability to dynamic routines. Completed high school education. Technical course in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, and logistics control systems).
