Job Summary: This role involves supervising real-time operations and distribution systems to ensure continuous energy supply, managing teams, logistics, and budgets, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures and safety norms. Everyone is very welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise real-time operation activities; * Supervise the distribution system operation, aiming to ensure continuity of electricity supply; * Supervise operation teams (safety audits, monitoring technical and commercial services); * Manage teams, materials, and logistics; * Monitor and control budgets; * Monitor operational expenses of teams; * Monitor compliance with operational and execution procedures; * Monitor compliance with current regulations and legislation; * Monitor the dispatch support system; * Monitor and control usage of materials and equipment used in services; * Monitor and synchronize smartphones; * Monitor and supervise the team regarding occupational safety and medicine; * Analyze information in systems to execute inspections; * Lead both internal and third-party teams; * Identify problems and define short-, medium-, and long-term action plans; * Manage operational indicators; * Monitor, guide, and evaluate individual team performances, as well as provide guidance and feedback for development, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of targeted results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you must present:** * Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnology; * Driver's License Category B; * 2–3 years of experience in the electricity or service sector; * Experience in People Management. **Expected Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level); * Quality Management Tools; * ANEEL Resolution No. 1000 **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest **ENERGY**.
