Job Summary: Supervision of a financial product sales team, supporting goal achievement, and leading team alignments. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise the financial product sales team 2. Assist in development to achieve targets 3. Conduct alignment meetings with the team Supervise the sales activities of the financial products team (payroll-deductible loans); Assist in development to achieve targets and results; Focus on meetings with management; Team alignments and other job-related responsibilities.
