Job Summary: We are seeking a Surveyor to ensure geometric accuracy on construction sites, performing surveys, layout, and daily monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. If you aspire to drive transformation and believe you can add value to challenges involving social and environmental responsibility, Engemon is the ideal place for you! **Your responsibilities will include:** Ensuring all construction phases are executed with geometric accuracy and proper alignment, providing reliable measurements that support project quality, safety, and compliance. * Conduct planimetric, altimetric, and cadastral topographic surveys. * Perform construction layout, including centerlines, alignments, elevations, and level references. * Install benchmarks, stakes, and pegs to guide frontline service execution. * Operate equipment such as total stations, automatic levels, GPS/GNSS, and electronic tape measures. * Monitor daily construction progress and adjust layout as needed. * Interpret drawings, specifications, sketches, structural designs, and infrastructure plans. * Record field measurements, coordinates, points, and collected data. * Support engineers in design review and topographic coordination. * Prepare reports, maps, drawings, and sketches for technical documentation. * Ensure calibration and maintenance of surveying equipment. * Comply with, and enforce, occupational safety regulations. * Adhere to project technical specifications and required tolerances. * Report technical inconsistencies or discrepancies to the responsible engineer. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical Diploma in Surveying or Geomatics. * Additional courses in this field are advantageous. * Proven experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or earthworks projects. * Field experience in layout and surveys. * Proficiency in operating total stations, levels, and GPS/GNSS. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Basic knowledge of geodesy and coordinate systems. * Familiarity with surveying and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Topograph, DataGeosis). **What we expect from you:** * Effective communication to establish strong client relationships; * Teamwork to foster a friendly working environment; * Organization to manage daily tasks; * Dynamism to handle diverse activities and challenges. **What we offer you:** * Health and wellness: We provide medical assistance, dental care, life insurance, and TotalPass because you are our top priority. * Recognition: We encourage your leadership and offer a competitive career development plan. * Commuting: We provide transportation vouchers (VT) to assist with your daily commute. * Autonomy: Our meal allowance is provided via a flexible card usable at numerous establishments.
