Ayko — Together to transform! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with continuous monitoring of IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications; * Analyze system alerts and respond to incidents; * Conduct performance assessments and system testing to identify potential improvements; * Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures; * Collaborate with the IT team to ensure implementation of best practices in daily operations; * Contribute to preparing performance reports and presenting improvement recommendations; * Stay updated on IT trends and emerging technologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Prior experience in MSS, IT support, or related areas;** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields is preferred; * Knowledge of WAF solutions; * Knowledge of EDR/XDR solutions; * Knowledge of backup services; * Knowledge of vulnerability management. **Additional Information** Born as VipRede, **Ayko** is the result of continuous evolution in the IT sector.
