Ensuring proper use of cleaning products and equipment **JOB: GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT (12x36\)** **Location:** Residential condominium **Work schedule:** 12x36 (works 12 hours, rests 36 hours) **Job description** The professional will be responsible for **cleaning, maintaining, and organizing the condominium's common areas**, contributing to a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents and visitors. **Main responsibilities** * Perform **daily cleaning** of common areas: lobbies, corridors, staircases, elevators, reception, parking garage, and leisure areas; * Carry out **sweeping, washing, garbage collection, and restocking supplies** (paper towels, soap, etc.); * Maintain **environmental organization**, including assisting with arranging common spaces; * Assist with **heavy or periodic cleaning tasks**, such as windows, outdoor areas, and floor washing; * Report to management any **needs for supply replenishment or maintenance**; * Ensure proper use of **cleaning products and equipment**. **Requirements** * Experience in cleaning (preferably in condominiums or similar environments); * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Good interpersonal skills and professional conduct. **Working conditions** * 12x36 work schedule * Mandatory use of **uniform and PPE**; * Work performed both indoors and outdoors within the condominium.
