Monitor schedules and optimize appointment times **RECEPTIONIST\- PATIENT SERVICE ASSISTANT** **LOCATION:** Glória, Vila Velha **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; alternating Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school; Experience in patient service within the healthcare sector; Basic computer skills. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Greet and welcome patients, ensuring courteous and organized service. Manage queue numbers, perform check\-in, and verify documents and appointments. Create and update system registrations, ensuring complete and accurate data. Receive payments, issue invoices, and guide patients through the service flow. Review and monitor appointment schedules, anticipate inconsistencies, and optimize available time slots. Forward patients to physicians according to internal procedures. Keep the department and service counters organized, clean, and professionally presented.
