Job Summary: Professional to support the procurement team throughout the entire acquisition process of goods and services, with a focus on infrastructure and construction products. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of procurement processes and resolution of requests **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Focus on procurement of Infrastructure and Construction products. * Support the procurement team in managing acquisition processes for goods and services, from requisition through supplier negotiation. * Conduct market research, analyze proposals and quotations, and prepare reports to support decision-making. * Monitor contract execution, tracking deadlines, quantities, and quality of delivered goods/services. * Assist in inventory management, identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes. * Support updating and maintaining records and documents related to procurement activities. * Prepare reports and presentations on procurement performance. * Monitor all procurement processes, identifying and resolving arising requests. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Procurement and/or Logistics is a plus. * Minimum 6 months of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain activities. * Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and results orientation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Experience with integrated management systems (ERP) is desirable. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
