




Job Summary: The Facilities Maintenance Assistant supports the conservation and proper functioning of facilities by performing preventive maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and masonry systems. Carries out simple electrical, plumbing, and general repair services The **Facilities Maintenance Assistant** is responsible for supporting the conservation and proper functioning of company facilities by carrying out preventive maintenance activities and minor corrective repairs. This includes performing simple electrical tasks such as replacing light bulbs, outlets, and circuit breakers, verifying the functionality of installations, and reporting more complex failures. They also perform basic plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains and fixing leaks, as well as maintaining filters and water tanks. Additional duties include touch-up painting, wall and floor repairs, replacement of coverings, adjusting doors and windows, and assisting with equipment assembly and relocation. The professional conducts periodic building inspections, supervises service providers, ensures safety in maintenance areas, and keeps tools and materials organized. They are also responsible for managing spare parts inventory and recording all activities in work orders.
