




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training programs, as well as managing training materials and attendance records, ensuring employees' development history is up to date. Partnerships with educational institutions Main Responsibilities: * Prepare training schedules, training calendars, and invitations or summonses for trainees, distributing materials to respective company units or departments; * Organize training venues, preparing all necessary resources for instructors and trainees; * Develop training materials such as handouts, presentations, certificates, and attendance lists; * Sort and retrieve training materials, as well as arrange snacks and coffee for participants; * Monitor and record trainee attendance in courses, making notes in dedicated registers or using computerized systems; * Maintain training activity records and databases, updating employee registration data related to training; * Register participants for external courses, coordinating dates, transportation, expenses, and providing necessary information to participants; * Keep training information and historical records updated; * Deliver training sessions; * Other related duties; Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in training and development; * Knowledge of instructional techniques and facilitation methods for in-person training; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in teams; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
