Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the safe and effective compounding of magistral formulas, coordinating pharmacy production, and managing the team to guarantee quality and compliance with sanitary regulations.

Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality compounding of magistral and official formulas, guaranteeing compliance with current sanitary regulations, good compounding practices, and established technical standards. Acts as the liaison between the laboratory and patient care. Responsible for all pharmacy production, promoting team integration, ensuring quality throughout the entire production process, and managing the full production chain.
**1\-** **Main Responsibilities**
* Screening and verification of prescriptions and prescriptions for technical feasibility, dosages, incompatibilities, and stability in accordance with ethical and sanitary regulations.
* Coordinate parcel release by laboratories, monitoring the entire production process;
* Manage the team and strategically allocate personnel according to production needs;
* Enter product and substance technical information into the system database;
* Provide guidance, clarify technical questions, and support patient care, laboratory staff, and customers.
* Lead and coordinate all Laboratory activities with a broad, strategic, and systemic view of processes;
* Promote rational use of available materials and cost reduction in production;
* Ensure all employees are trained per SOPs and implement a training program for the team, including recordkeeping;
* Comply fully with RDC 67/07;
* Populate, update, and report to SNGP, as well as comply with all provisions of Ordinance 344/98;
* Inventory control – raw materials – Laboratory, including controlled substances, SIPROQUIN, and Federal Police records;
* Develop and monitor production indicators;
* Monitor and address customer complaints regarding formulas;
* Implement process improvements;
* Monitor the work and performance of each team member, including observing working hours to be fulfilled, punctuality, uniform and PPE usage, professional conduct and demeanor, interactions with colleagues, ethics, and interpersonal relationships.
* Conduct team performance and productivity evaluations, provide feedback, and develop action plans when necessary;
* Monitor the probationary period of new employees together with the team;
* Develop and promote team campaigns aimed at improving results and team satisfaction.
* Participate in candidate selection processes for your department, jointly with HR;
* Carry out employee termination procedures when necessary;
* Plan the team’s annual vacation schedule, validating it with HR;
* Maintain all relevant documents, reports, and records up to date;
