In this role, you will be responsible for: * Delivering excellent customer service across all communication channels (phone and chat), promptly resolving inquiries, complaints, and requests with agility, empathy, and professionalism; * Clarifying questions regarding delivery timelines, warranties, payment methods, and other topics related to our products and services, ensuring a complete and satisfying customer experience; * Achieving established targets with a focus on results and high performance; * Collaborating effectively within a team, sharing knowledge and experiences for collective benefit. **Additional job information:** * **Work schedule:** * Rotating 6-day workweek with 1 day off * Availability required for weekends and holidays; * Daily working hours: 6 hours and 20 minutes * Working hours: To be determined. * **Compensation and Benefits:** Base salary of R$ 1\.628,40 during the probationary period; After confirmation, R$ 1\.670,00 with potential increases based on internal campaigns and individual performance. * **Family Support** Childcare allowance; Special assistance for children with special needs. * **Recognition and Appreciation** Birthday bonus; "Conta Comigo" attendance bonus.
