Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Financial Assistant will support financial management, ensuring organization, verification, and timely execution of payments, maintaining up-to-date controls and contributing to the company's financial health. Bank reconciliation and support in cash flow analysis Position: Financial Assistant – Accounts Payable and/or Receivable Location: Vessa Veículos, Vila Velha Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation Labor Laws) Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00\. Job Description: The Accounts Payable Financial Assistant will be responsible for supporting the company's financial management, ensuring organization, verification, and execution of payments within established deadlines, maintaining updated controls and contributing to the business's financial health. Main Responsibilities: Posting and verifying invoices, bank slips, and other financial documents in the system; Scheduling and executing payments to suppliers, service providers, and other company obligations; Monitoring and tracking due dates to avoid interest and penalties; Bank reconciliation and support in cash flow analysis; Organizing financial documents and reports; Supporting the accounting department and other administrative routines within the finance department. Requirements: Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred); Prior experience in finance, especially in accounts payable; Proficiency in Excel and financial management/ERP systems; Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and good interpersonal communication.
