Job Summary: Financial Analyst to handle financial routines, payroll department tasks, financial planning, income statements (DRE), cash flow, and key performance indicators, preparing reports and analyses. Account control, bank reconciliation, and report preparation **FINANCIAL ANALYST** **LOCATION:** Glória, Vila Velha **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday \- On-site: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and **alternate Saturdays**: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields;** * Experience with **financial and payroll department routines;** * Knowledge of **financial planning, income statements (DRE), cash flow, and key performance indicators;** * Hands-on experience with payroll processing, statutory labor charges, and employee benefits; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills and proficiency with systems. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control of **accounts payable and accounts receivable;** * Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring; * Purchase requisitions; * Support for **financial planning**, forecasting, and budget tracking; * Preparation and analysis of **income statements (DRE)**, financial KPIs, and management reports; * Issuance, verification, and control of **fiscal invoices;** * Coordination with accounting for monthly closing; * Verification of **payroll, statutory labor charges, benefits, and deductions;** * Organization and standardization of administrative and financial processes; * Strategic support to management with financial insights and analyses. **BENEFITS** Transportation Allowance; Meal Ticket R$ 20.00 per working day (CAJU); Health Insurance; Dental Plan; Birthday Leave; Exclusive discounts for employees at the Clinic’s services.
