Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for mapping, documenting, analyzing, and optimizing processes, creating procedures, and collaborating with various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with stakeholders to align improvements Key Responsibilities: Process Mapping and Documentation: * Conduct end-to-end process mapping using Bizagi to create standardized flowcharts and comprehensive documentation; Analysis and Optimization: * Analyze the process lifecycle, identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs; Procedure Development: * Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, documenting processes clearly and consistently; Collaboration: * Interact with different organizational departments and stakeholders to gather information and ensure proposed improvements align with company objectives. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in tools such as Bizagi Modeler and knowledge of other management and quality tools, including BPMN, 5W2H, 5S, etc.; * Strong analytical skills, process modeling capability, and technical documentation expertise; * Excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and capacity to interact effectively with diverse teams and hierarchical levels.
