We’re waiting for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support in preparing managerial reports and performance indicators; * Assistance in managing financial and material resources; * Support in representing the company to clients; * Participation in monitoring and tracking compliance with contractual agreements; * Collaboration with the team in organizing and archiving documents; * Perform other administrative tasks as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirement:** * Currently enrolled in the 3rd to 7th semester of Engineering or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams; **You stand out if you have:** * Basic knowledge of MS Project, MS Power BI; * Advanced English \- Experience with presentations; **Additional Information** **Position characteristics:** * Employment type: Flex Office (Hybrid) * Work location: Vitória/ES * Working hours: 6 hours per day \- 30 hours per week * Contract duration: 1 year **Timenow Differentiators:** * Internship journey experience support * Training in planning * Exclusive courses and learning paths * Innovative environment One day off during your birthday month or internship anniversary month * How do you envision your future?
