Job Summary: The professional will provide first-level technical support, assist in IT infrastructure maintenance, installation/configuration of equipment and software, access management, and system monitoring. Main Responsibilities:** * Provide first-level technical support to clinic staff; * Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure (network, internet, computers, printers, and systems); * Support installation, configuration, and updating of equipment and software; * Perform user access creation and management (e\-mail, internal systems, and workstations); * Assist in network and clinic system monitoring; * Support backup routines, information security, and equipment organization; * Log and track technical service requests; * Support administrative and clinical teams in using systems (e.g., electronic health records); * Contribute to continuous improvement and organization of the IT department. **Requirements:*** Technical or undergraduate studies in progress in IT, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of: o Windows; o Networks (internet, Wi\-Fi, cabling); o Hardware (computers, printers); * Ability to quickly learn new systems; * Strong communication skills and customer service attitude; * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity; * Willingness to learn and grow in the IT field. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Internal benefits, Life insurance, Transportation, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
