Monitor performance indicators and develop sales strategies About the Role SOFISTICALE, a reference in fashion and style in Vila Velha \- ES (Praia da Costa), is looking for a dedicated and proactive Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of daily operations. Responsibilities Responsible for store opening and closing, ensuring all security and organizational procedures are followed. Manage the store's administrative routines, including inventory control, cash register closing, purchase orders, and reporting. Lead and motivate the sales team, directly engaging in customer service to guarantee the best experience. Monitor performance indicators and formulate strategies to increase sales.
