Supervise and coordinate the administrative activities of the Occupational Safety Technical Area, ensuring legal compliance, process organization, deadline adherence, and efficient support to technical teams and clients, with a strategic vision and results-oriented focus. 3. Main Responsibilities Supervise the administrative routine of the Occupational Safety Technical Area; Coordinate the administrative team, distributing tasks and monitoring performance; Ensure control, organization, and updating of technical documentation (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, ASO, PPP, reports, PPE data sheets, technical reports); Monitor legal deadlines for occupational medical examinations, mandatory training, and regulatory documents; Act as the interface between the technical team, HR, Finance, and clients; Support management during audits, inspections, and legal requirements; Develop and monitor area-specific indicators (KPIs); Standardize administrative processes and propose continuous improvements; Support operational demand planning and team capacity assessment; Ensure correct use and updating of internal systems and controls; Support the technical leadership in administrative decision-making. Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Occupational Safety, HR Management, or related fields; Solid experience in administrative routines within Occupational Safety or Occupational Medicine; Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); Experience with audits, inspections, and legal documentation control; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Power BI proficiency; Experience in team and process management. 5.
