Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Support Technician (PLENO) to work with CCTV, access control, and infrastructure, providing on-site technical support and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems **️ Field Support Technician (PLENO) \|** ------------------------------------------ **CCTV, Access Control, and Infrastructure** --------------------------------------------- * **Location:** Capuaba Port – Jerônimo Monteiro Avenue, Vila Velha/ES * **Schedule:** 5x2, from 08:00 to 17:00 (on-site) We are seeking a **Field Support Technician (PLENO)** to work on-site in Vila Velha/ES, in an operation focused on CCTV, access control, and infrastructure. If you have experience with security cameras, on-site technical support, and working with equipment such as turnstiles, revolving doors, barriers, and related devices, this opportunity may be an excellent next step. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Working with security cameras / CCTV * Technical support for access control equipment, including turnstiles, revolving doors, and barriers * Installation, configuration, adjustment, and maintenance of equipment and systems * Handling technical service requests and following up on tasks until completion * Supporting operational availability and full functionality in the field ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical education in Electrotechnics, Electronics, Computer Science, Data Processing, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the field * Hands-on experience with **CCTV** / security cameras * Knowledge of hardware, Windows, Office 365, local networks, wireless networks, VPN, and antivirus software * Experience with **ticketing tools** / ITSM * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, category B * Availability for **working at heights** and compliance with NR35 regulations * **Availability for on-call duty, overtime, and occasional weekend work** ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of automation or building infrastructure * Experience with access control equipment * Basic understanding of IT support * Familiarity with corporate environments and on-site technical support **Who We Are:** **Positivo S\+** is a B2B services brand under the **Positivo Tecnologia** group, specializing in designing and evolving digital workplace environments, offering diverse IT services that simplify clients’ technology journeys.
