We’re waiting for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support maintenance of computers, printers, telephones, and other IT equipment; * Handle service requests and provide technical support; * Assist in software, antivirus, and operating system installation and updates; * Support user and permission management (Active Directory, emails, networks); * Assist in backup routines, asset inventory, and technical documentation; * Collaborate on continuous improvement of departmental processes and information security. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirement:** * Currently enrolled in undergraduate programs such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Networks, Computer Engineering, or related fields, between the 3rd and 7th semesters; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work in teams; * Willingness to learn and develop within the IT infrastructure field. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; * Familiarity with Active Directory and remote support tools; * Experience with asset inventory or ticketing tools; * Knowledge of computer assembly and maintenance. **Additional Information** **Position characteristics:** * Employment type: On-site * Work location: Vitória/ES * Working hours: 30 hours per week (6 hours per day); * Contract duration: 1 year. **Timenow Perks:** * Internship journey experience monitoring * Planning training * Exclusive courses and learning paths * Hybrid work model (Flex Office) * Innovative environment * Flexible meal and transportation card — Flash Benefits One day off during your birthday month or internship anniversary month * How do you envision your future?
