Organize patient care and information flows. Schedule or cancel appointments via telephone or in person. Register new patients in the database and update existing patient records. Maintain organization across all processes; possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with managers, colleagues, patients, companions, and the general public; be proactive; exercise autonomy in managing one's own tasks; and demonstrate problem-solving and management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. * Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory): Experience authorizing health insurance plans; experience working in medical clinics or hospital environments; customer service experience.
