Analyze interferences, local conditions, and operational windows to enable safe and efficient service execution. Supervise and support compliance with standards, client procedures, technical specifications, and use of the latest revision of project drawings. Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), implement lessons learned, and support performance evaluation of contractors and subcontractors. Monitor commissioning plans, pre\-repair activities, and furnace heating-up processes, developing checklists and validating critical project stages.
