Job Summary: We are seeking a Housekeeper to perform bed making, linen and meal distribution, as well as address departmental and customer needs, ensuring organization and smooth operations. Essential hospital support service. **We currently have an opening for a Housekeeper; if you identify with this field, submit your application and join our team.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare linen carts (including cart inspection, linen restocking, and, if necessary, linen replenishment); * Perform daily cleaning of vacant beds and record bed release activities on tablets according to established procedures; * Submit the housekeeping report at the end of each shift; * Deliver lost or forgotten items belonging to patients, companions, or visitors to the Management or Governance Assistant; * Respond promptly and efficiently to departmental and customer requests; conduct daily bed inspections to assess maintenance/hygiene/nutrition/Customer Service needs; * Maintain constant communication with Management or Hospitality Supervision to expedite and streamline inpatient unit release processes, adhering to internal hospital regulations and directives from senior management; * Collaborate with the nursing team and provide required linens for changing bedridden patients; * Distribute meals and collect utensils, ensuring carts are closed and ready for collection by Nutrition Services; * Perform other related duties as required; **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Availability to work rotating 12x36 shifts, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Hospital meals for R$0.50 per day (breakfast and lunch); * Transportation allowance; * Gympass; * Life insurance; * Attendance bonus of R$200.00; * Living Center.
