We are looking for a **Process Analyst** to strategically support the diagnosis, mapping, auditing, and evolution of company processes—creating operational clarity, identifying risks and opportunities, and establishing governance to sustain **True**'s growth.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct diagnosis of the company’s current processes;
* Map end\-to\-end processes (AS\-IS) and support the design of future processes (TO\-BE);
* Identify bottlenecks, rework, operational risks, and improvement opportunities;
* Support internal process and control audits;
* Structure process documentation and operational standards;
* Support the creation and monitoring of efficiency and quality indicators;
* Prioritize improvements based on impact vs. effort;
* Support departments in implementing improvements;
* Collaborate with technology teams to identify automation and systemic improvements;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of implemented processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Experience in process mapping and diagnosis;
* Experience in continuous improvement, internal auditing, or related areas;
* Knowledge of methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, or similar;
* Strong analytical ability and systemic vision;
* Experience documenting processes and indicators;
* Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
* Certifications in ISO 9001, Internal Auditor, or similar;
* Green Belt or continuous improvement courses;
* Interface experience with technology and systems;
* Familiarity with process mapping tools (Bizagi, Miro, Lucidchart, Draw.io).
