In our Contact Center, you will help meet the demands of the Claro Group, handling matters related to the Ombudsman’s Office, Anatel (Brazil’s telecom regulatory agency), technical support, and financial support. If you seek a workplace that values quality and innovation, this is your chance! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- The intern will directly perform network and IT infrastructure support and maintenance activities, focusing on optimizing and securing the company’s technological environments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Assisting in the administration and monitoring of local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and IT infrastructure; * Providing technical support for installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment; * Assisting in connectivity, performance, and network security testing; * Monitoring network traffic and analyzing logs to identify potential failures or suspicious behavior; * Supporting the configuration and maintenance of data backup and recovery systems to ensure information security; * Implementing virtualization solutions and managing cloud-based environments; * Supporting information security activities, such as configuring VPNs, encryption, and access controls; * Participating in documenting procedures and operational manuals related to IT infrastructure; * Assisting in managing Wi\-Fi networks, VLANs, and authentication and access control systems; * Supporting implementation of new technologies to optimize IT infrastructure. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To join our team, the following are essential:** ------------------------------------------------ * Computer Engineering; * Information Systems; * Computer Science; * Technology Degree in Computer Networks; * Systems Analysis and Development; * Other technology-related undergraduate degrees with a focus on networks and IT infrastructure. **Availability to work a 6-hour shift \- from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM** **Additional Information** Here, you’ll find a world of opportunities for professional development!
