Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for rolling work in Vitória, performing production tasks, inspection, blueprint interpretation, and handling composite materials. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in continuous improvement We are seeking personnel to perform rolling work in Vitória. Tasks will include executing production work according to work orders, inspecting products to ensure compliance with requirements, and interpreting blueprints and technical documentation. Work will be carried out with various materials, such as carbon fiber and glass fiber, in dry and prepreg forms, including vacuum bagging and leak-tightness verification. Operations performed must be recorded in SAP. Additionally, tool cleaning, daily machinery and workstation maintenance, and adherence to established safety and quality protocols are required. The selected candidate must always ensure their own safety and that of colleagues, working transparently, ethically, and with good practices, while striving to minimize environmental impact. Participation in continuous improvement is encouraged. A fixed-term contract with possibility of extension is offered. For personnel relocated from other regions of Spain, shared accommodation in Vitória and daily per diems will be provided. * Specialized training in composite materials. * Minimum one year of experience in the described functions. * Willingness to relocate to Vitória for the duration of the contract. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
