As an Inbound Commercial Consultant, your main responsibilities will include: * Answering calls and requests from customers interested in our services; * Conducting a thorough analysis of each customer’s needs, understanding their challenges and objectives; * Presenting our solutions clearly and persuasively, highlighting benefits for the customer; * Negotiating terms and conditions, ensuring that both the company’s and the customer’s interests are met; * Monitoring the sales process while maintaining an excellent level of customer service; * Recording all interactions and relevant information in the CRM system. Requirements: To stand out in this position, you must have: * Prior experience in sales, preferably in the inbound customer service segment; * Excellent communication and customer service skills; * Ability to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions; * Negotiation and closing skills; * Technical knowledge of the company’s products and services; * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
