




Description: Mandatory Requirements: Completed High School; Office Suite; Logical reasoning, organization, and good communication skills; Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative routines; Desirable Requirements: Experience in the health insurance market; * Update daily the spreadsheets designated for the performance indicators of your team; * Analyze and resolve Service Orders within the timeframe established by the department; * Support responses and follow up daily on emails received in shared mailboxes, whenever necessary; * Attend internal clients via TEAMS, in person, email, and phone, when necessary; * Participate in campaigns, events, and trainings upon request; * Attend team meetings when necessary; * Provide support to Analysts, Supervisors, Coordinators, and Managers; * Open service tickets with the Insurance Provider when necessary; * Send emails to insurance providers whenever needed to handle beneficiary-related requests; * Perform updates and corrections to registration data in registration systems and provider systems; * Receive, verify, and process requests through movement and transfer forms in the registration system and at the provider; * Carry out other administrative activities that are the responsibility of the area; 2511080202181856699
