




**Description:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed High School; Office Suite proficiency; Logical reasoning, organizational skills, and good communication; Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative routines; **Desirable Requirements:** Experience in the health insurance market; Data analytical skills; Receive and verify from brokers, entities, and companies the enrollment forms according to the checklist available in the quality system, whenever required; Enter enrollment proposal data into the registration system and operator's system daily as needed; Receive, verify, and process requests made through movement forms in the registration system and operators' systems when required; Register optional and free benefits in the registration system and operators' systems when required. Resolve service orders within the established timeframe; Perform comparisons between the Operators' database and Benevix, making necessary adjustments; Resolve issues arising during monthly fee generation; Send enrollment change files to operators; Provide support to supervision and coordination when requested; Periodically update and suggest changes regarding SOPs and departmental workflows, including insertion and handling procedures; Weekly and monthly input of performance indicators for your area (Visual Management and Quality System); Manage the sending and return of Health Declarations submitted to the operator; Monitor and request demands from the Operator; Control document updates according to ANS regulations; 2510230202201048147
