PRODUCT ASSISTANT

Job Summary: This position supports the technical department by assisting with product registration updates, material organization, and laboratory testing support. Key Highlights: 1. Support in updating and organizing product data 2. Support in preparing comparative analyses and laboratory tests 3. Maintaining laboratory organization **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| 1 hour 12 minutes for lunch * Assist in updating technical specifications and product registrations; * Organize databases of manuals, photos, videos, and product certificates; * Fill out spreadsheets with basic technical data for system uploads; * Support preparation of simple product comparisons; * Manage version control of technical specifications; * Assist in assembling solar kits and configuring rules on the sales platform; * Assist in laboratory tests under the guidance of an analyst or team leader; * Maintain laboratory organization. Requirements: * Experience in customer technical support routines or operational routines within the technical department; * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word); * Basic understanding of product specifications; * Basic English is a plus.
