**Job Opening:** Operational Supervisor **Location:** Serra / ES **Salary:** R$ 2\.607,45 Schedule: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday \| 4:00 PM on Friday **Job Description:** We are seeking a committed, proactive **Operational Supervisor** with leadership potential. The professional will be responsible for coordinating operational teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, as well as guaranteeing process efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational activities at the contract site. * Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. * Plan work schedules and allocate teams according to operational demands. * Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and quality standards. * Maintain direct contact with the client, providing support and periodic reports. * Support onboarding of new employees and operational training. * Control materials, equipment, and resources used in operations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in related fields preferred). * Prior experience in operational or contract supervision. * Team leadership and people management skills. * Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities. * Knowledge of HR and administrative routines. * Availability to work in Espírito Santo. * Driver's License \- B **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 23.87 * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan **Employment Type:** CLT Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.607,45 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Briefly describe your experience in hospital and healthcare environment cleaning.
