Being diverse means being Super! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Purpose of the Role** Responsible for executing, controlling, and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, aiming to keep them available and safe within the existing maintenance schedule. **Role Responsibilities** * Ensure implementation of planning for equipment performance monitoring actions, targeting achievement of production goals through a predefined maintenance schedule; * Supervise equipment maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability for production use per technical specifications, via supplier manual reviews and consultations; * Ensure execution and evaluation of the preventive maintenance program, aiming to reduce costs and increase equipment availability, through updating downtime and availability maps; * Analyze and propose new equipment and modifications to existing equipment, by researching emerging technologies and suppliers, to enhance equipment efficiency and productivity; * Ensure compliance with the annual preventive maintenance plan, preventing equipment deterioration and obsolescence through scheduled preventive maintenance; * Knowledge and operational use of the SAP system, specifically the PM module for operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering; * Completed technical education in Automation/Electrical and/or Mechanical fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology; * Experience in team management and cost/account control. **Desirable Requirements** * Registration with relevant professional council as a technician; * Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics — electrical and electronics; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** At Supergasbras, we recognize and support our employees’ dedication with outstanding benefits and programs.
