Analysis of contractual risks and legal compliance **Description:** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct quotations, negotiations, and issuance of purchase orders; Develop and monitor suppliers; Draft, review, and manage contracts for product supply and service provision (maintenance, leasing, technical services, vessels, etc.); Monitor contract validity periods, renewals, amendments, and terminations; Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations departments on contract management; Analyze risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation; Organize documentation and maintain records of active and terminated contracts; Draft, review, and monitor contracts for product supply and service provision (including maintenance, leasing, specialized services, and vessel contracts); **Manage the contractual lifecycle:** signing, validity, amendments, extensions, financial rebalancing, termination, and closure; Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation; Work collaboratively with legal, finance, operations, and compliance departments for contract analysis and validation; Analyze contractual risks and propose preventive and mitigating measures; Prepare opinions, addenda, responses to notifications, and official correspondence; Manage contract documentation, ensuring version control, validity, and proper archiving. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS **Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in:** Administration, Accounting, Law, or Production Engineering. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 6 months of experience in this role; Willingness to travel; Valid driver’s license; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of contracts supporting engineering activities; Prior experience with maintenance contracts, ongoing service contracts, and vessel contracts; Knowledge of corporate ethics and contractual compliance; 2512310202491675710
