Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze cash flow * Process accounts payable and accounts receivable * Perform bank reconciliations * Prepare financial and management reports * Support budgeting and financial planning * Analyze financial indicators (Income Statement, margin, costs, expenses) * Support internal and external audits ✅ Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Prior experience in finance * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced) * Experience with ERP systems * Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2.900,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
