We are growing and seeking committed, organized individuals eager to join this journey. **Role Mission** Ensure accurate billing of performed transportation services, guaranteeing precision in issuing invoices, organizing documents, and meeting deadlines—directly contributing to operational financial health and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Issue service invoices for transportation (CT\-e, MDF, GNRE guides, Freight Contracts, and NFS\-e); * Validate information with operational and commercial teams prior to billing; * Review orders, service orders, and contracts to ensure tax compliance; * Organize documents for client delivery and maintain an updated digital archive; * Support accounts receivable control and integration with the finance department; * Resolve potential discrepancies with clients or internal departments. **Requirements** * Prior experience in billing (preferably in transportation/logistics sector); * Knowledge of issuing **CT\-e**, **NFS\-e**, and applicable taxes (ISS, ICMS, etc.); * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems; * Organization, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in freight carriers or logistics operators; * Knowledge of freight rate tables, CIOT, and mandatory ANTT documentation. **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Performance bonus
