Come be part of this community! **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Manage prioritization of infrastructure improvement demands to be executed by restaurant facility management; * Weekly monitor adherence to the Selo Vale Way schedule; * Monitor, execute, and close SAP actions; * Support problem-solving across service areas; * Attend to and monitor maintenance/construction requests; * Act effectively in the field, especially during critical or important activities, requiring full-time presence—including outside regular working hours—while complying with legal provisions regarding overtime; * Weekly review of PCM scheduling report; comply with PTM, participate in DSS and FMDS; * Conduct detailed field surveys for budget preparation; * Prepare technical and progress reports on services; * Prepare monthly activity reports for contractors under supervision, aligned with standards and guidelines; * Supervise/control execution of pending items; * Weekly attend SAP safety action meetings with TST; * Plan (maintenance service) restaurant closure scheduling and inform the Coordination focal point; * Open PTS (scheduled and emergency), reporting deviations in forms when necessary; * Record structural misuse deviations in RDO to support billing via invoice reconciliation; * Weekly meet with inspection teams to identify and prioritize demands; * Verify and approve compliance of executed services with executive projects, contractual requirements, and technical specifications **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Technical qualification in Buildings; * Solid knowledge of OM management and SAP IM; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Active CFT license; * Desired: knowledge of or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS).
