




Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate butcher who loves retail, food, and people—to advise customers, manage products, and maintain the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer advisory and service for fresh products 2. Product preparation, control, and shelf management 3. Handling of meat, knives, and butchery machinery As part of the ultra-fresh market team—led by the Retail Manager—your responsibilities will include: * Recommending, advising, guiding, and informing our customers about the characteristics of various products intended for sale, * Performing and/or supervising goods receipt and quality control, * Butchering, cutting, processing, and packaging meat products, * Placing products on shelves while ensuring attractive presentation, proper signage, and visual consistency; guaranteeing availability of multiple product formats on the shelf and uniformity of expiration dates, * Monitoring current stock levels, conducting stock counts, calculating yields, performing inventories, and placing orders in accordance with instructions from the Market Manager, * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising meat-handling tools and equipment, as well as maintaining market facilities Desired Skills and Knowledge: We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, food, and people—and if you possess: \- At least one year’s prior experience as a butcher or butcher assistant. \- Knowledge of meat preparation and handling of knives and butchery machinery. \- Training in food handling/food safety. \- Basic office software skills
