Site organization and proactivity **Building Technician – Construction Project in Linhares/ES** **Job Description:** We are seeking a Building Technician to work on one of our construction projects in Linhares/ES, providing direct technical support to the responsible engineer and monitoring site activities. We seek a professional who is organized, proactive, and attentive to work execution and service quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor on-site work execution * Provide technical support to the responsible engineer * Perform measurements and verification of completed works * Assist in controlling materials and resources on site * Support preparation of reports, daily logs, and photographic records * Review project drawings and ensure correct execution per technical specifications * Monitor physical project schedule * Support site organization and compliance with safety regulations **Requirements:** * Completed technical qualification in Building Construction * Prior experience on construction sites (preferred) * Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings * Basic understanding of construction planning and control * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in measurement control and scheduling * Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software * Experience on medium- or large-scale construction projects **Work Location:** * Linhares/ES Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Mode: On-site
